Nicole is responsible for the management, leasing, and operations of the student housing portfolio. Nicole began her career in student housing leasing in 2008 before transitioning to management. Prior to joining Zimmer Development Company in 2019, Nicole was involved with the ownership and management of luxury apartments, value assets, and commercial retail across several markets. Nicole received her Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Florida State University.
