NEWPORT NEWS, Va., July 31, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — DF Multifamily, a division of Drucker + Falk (DF), has been selected by Zimmer Development Company to lease and manage Terraces at High Mountain, a new construction multifamily community featuring 198 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. This project marks Drucker + Falk’s second collaboration with Zimmer Development Company, with the first residential building and clubhouse scheduled for completion in September 2024 and phased releases for the rest of the community continuing into the Winter of 2024.
